I don't have a web browser for some reason. It was
working fine, but now it will not open a site. How can I
get it back or fix it.

What is the error message?

Rule out parasites, if still no joy reply to my questions.

Try this: Tools > Internet Options > Advanced > Browsing
Uncheck the Enable 3rd party browser extensions

If this clears your problem then find out who the culprit(s) is/are with
these tools.

Let AD-Aware Scan your system for advertising Spyware

SpyBot-S&D
http://security.kolla.de/

p.s Reset the 3rd party browser setting.

More: This may be caused by a third-party program (adware, spyware,
parasite).
Get AdAware and SpyBot and run them both. Keep them up to date.

I am having a simular problem when I try to open IE. I get this message: Microsoft Internet Explorer has encountered a problem and needs to close. I can get to some web pages but most of them I get that same message. Any suggestions???
