Every time I get on the net and try to click on something
in any site it will not load up. It just blinks out. can
you help

Repair IE.
Add/Remove programs/MS/IE repair.

If still no joy can you ping a site?

At a DOS prompt execute

PING www.microsoft.com
Do you get a positive response?


Eliminate parasites.


Try this: Tools > Internet Options > Advanced > Browsing
Uncheck the Enable 3rd party browser extensions

If this clears your problem then find out who the culprit(s) is/are with
these tools.

Let AD-Aware Scan your system for advertising Spyware

and:

SpyBot-S&D
http://security.kolla.de/

p.s Reset the 3rd party browser setting.

More: This may be caused by a third-party program (adware, spyware,
parasite).
Get AdAware and SpyBot and run them both. Keep them up to date.

I had this problem one time and it drove me nuts. This

is what it turned out to be:

I use a "pop-up" stopper (mine happens to be "no-ads". I
had inadvertently clicked on the browser it would "blink
out". EASY SOLUTION - check your "pop-up" for the browser
or the site names and add them back in or delete
all "stoppers" and start over again.
