browser wont stay open

When i open a explorer windo it tries to open then closes
before it opens fully. I always starts up as a tiny box. I
have installed the most recent version of internet
explorer, same thing happens.

Can you drag the box bigger? Or double click it to maximize?

As for the size of the window, drag it out using the double arrows, then use
File/Close or Exit. If that doesn't help and it should, you could also
consider running the edit on line 60 (right hand side):
