I recently rebooted everything on my computer. Since
then, I have had a problem with explorer. It fails to
load some of the "popups" on sites that I actually want
to get to. I have a couple of sites that I use for work
that pop up "messengers" when you bring up their
homepage. Explorer is now bringing up their homepages
but just beeps when it tries to bring up the messengers.
Any ideas on what I should try? Thanks for the help.

Sounds like you have a pop up blocker active. The Google or Yahoo toolbars
have blockers - as do some virus or firewall packages.

If you know that a window is being blocked that you want, then try holding
either the CTRL or SHIFT key when clicking on the link. This should override
the blocking software.

Hope this helps.

Martin
