browser won't launch

Can ayone help me figure out why my IE 6.0 browser won't
launch on my PC. I'm running win 98 on an old compaq
presario desktop
 
could try to reinstall it, or repair, but ie6 didn't paly
well with my 98. 5.5 worked good. how much ram ya got.
