Browser window resizing

Hi there! When I open a new browser window using IE it
shows up as 1/4 the size of the original window. Is
there a way to change the default on the new browser
window? Thanks,

Open such a link.
Don't use the maximize button.
Stretch the edges/corners so that the window fills the screen.
Close all other IE windows.
Close the stretched window.

Ron,
Stretch that second window out to the desired size- don't use maximize.
Close other IE windows. Close that window last.
