Browser window problem

Hi folks this is a pretty stupid question but I cannot remember how to fix it
so if you please.

When I am on the net the top display bar disappears and then comes back when
I run my mouse over it. How do I stop this please. Thank you

I take it you want to stop it dissapearing?? I know that if you press F11 it
should switch back to full window mode which will stop it dissapearing.
