Browser shows large font & no color in cells

I have two problems with the browser on one of my PCs.

First, the text size that displays on the screen (and
prints on paper) is unusually large.

Second, background colors in cells/tables appear as white.

Images sizes and colors appear correctly.

Any ideas what I can do to correct these problems? Thanks!
 
Did you change your resolution to see if it could help?

For colors,
Tools/Internet Options/General Tab.
In the bottom, Colors....
What colors do you use for Windows?
