Browser Not appearing as it should

When Web authors and designers create Web pages, they
often specify particular font styles, colors, and sizes
and background colors. These settings appear to be gone
for my internet explorer. I may have deleted something or
lost something when I had a system dump. Example:
runescape.com is supposed to have a black background
displayed but on my computer it is white and the fonts
are large. What do I have to do to return these settings
to what it is supposed to look like

Answered in your second post: Here it is again Phyllis:
Not sure, but look into IE Options>General tab>colors>button>Check "Use
windows colors">OK>OK out.
