In Internet Explorer go to Tools, Internet Options, Security. Highlight the
"zone" in question and click Custom Level.
 
how do i change my browser from reject cookies to accept

What browser are you using?

For Internet Explorer, check your settings on the Privacy page of Internet
Options.

is there any way to print out the dialog box information
besides alt+print screen? unix has a print document
button in all dialog setting windows. i miss that
