Browser problem

i just bought a new computer and i have got it connected
to the net. i have been able to check my email unti
recently i cannaot due to a webpage appearing and soon as
i go to hotmail.com saying that i need to upgrade my
browser to 4.0 or higher. the problem is i have internet
explore 6.0. please could u help me.

possible solutions...

Make sure the javascript options is enable in your IE options...

Download all updates available to you from microsoft (especially the
SP1)...
