browser in vista opens twice

When I click on my IE icon it pulls up my home page twice. I normally click
one off or else I have to click both off when I am done.
Any suggestions?
Vista Home premium
Yahoo home page and toolbar

Check in Internet Options 'general tab that you haven't got two entries for
your homepage..
