When I bookmark a new site the icon displayed in IE6
favouorites list is often the new sites icon , but after
a period of time IE6 replaces the icon with the standard
IE icon
Why?
How can I retain the new sit icon?
 
Chris,

The favorites icons are deleted once the Temporary Internet Files are
cleared. This is by design.

The program "FavOrg" preserves the favorites icon permanently. You may
download it from:
