I wish I could help.
My daughter has had this same problem in her internet
explorer. Her computer was spammed about 18 months ago
when we lived overseas. We tried just about everything
including reinstalling IE. I gave up waiting for microsoft
to comeup with a solution.
Unless someone else has a better solution ( I would also
appreciate a better solution )
Try downloading a different browser.
We now use Netscape and Realplayer.
Since then we have had no more problems, much more stable.
