It seems to be the case that even though the Beta version
initially recognizes that we have changed our homepage in
ie from msn.com to my.msn.com, the changed is ultimately
treated differently after running the scan and reverts to
msn.com.

John - in Microsoft Antispyware, go to Tools, advanced tools, browser hijack
restore settings. Set the proper URL for your chosen home page and search
pages into the UI there. That should keep things the way you wish them to
be.
