hijacking of start page of Internet Explorer

It seems my explorer browser setting has been hijacked by
a Russian internet portal, clon.biz/search?idz. Using the
Advanced Tools on AntiSpyware Beta 1, I have tried to
change the setting of my start page to msn.com, but the
setting keeps reverting to this Russian portal. Can
anyone explain how I can handle this, or how to report it
to MSN?

Go to Advanced Tools > Browser Restor > Check Start Page and click "Restore"
button.
