browser box

my browser box no longer shows a link for page I am on can someone tell me
how to click it back on. It is the long white box at top.

plus browser box I know this is a simple thing but nothing up there except a
few things

Ted thing is I do not have this anymore which I should. So I have no
internet exployer to click on or view or toolbar or address bar not sure what
I did I know they were there before.
