browser and msn messenger problem

After installing and removing spyware, my browser doesn't
work anymore and when I log in with MSN messenger it
closes down ands even removes the icon from the bottom
taskbar?
Help please ...

WinsockXPfix.exe or lspfix.exe depending on if you have XP
or older system.
