Browser active?

I continue to get a notice of 1 program running when I first boot up. Also
when I do a disk clean, it indicates that I have an Internet Browser active.
But I do not have this open. What's happening? And if you can help, I
would be grateful---any suggestion is welcome. Thx!

try running antivirus program and also spybot
and see if it is some type of trojan that is running in
the back ground

Have run both programs and have the same result-- showing 1 program running
when I boot up. Anything else to try?
