Brother MFC 210C

It appears my first message was deleted I dont know why.

Can someone tell me why my printer would tell me that they're is a
paper jam when no paper jam is present. The display screen tells me to
look in the user guide and I did however that proved not to be
helpful...

It wont print at all and I dont understand why. Can someone offer me
some suggestions as to why the printer is doing this?

I don't think your message was deleted, since I replied to it at 1:09 AM
today (very early Friday morning).

I have spoken to Brother about service issues a while back when I was at
a trade show, and they claim to have quite a bit of information on their
websites. I can vouch for this, however.

I would try Googling as follows and see if it is a known problem (cut
and paste it):


"Brother MFC 210c" +"paper jam"

And see what happens. There does seem to be so issue with this problem
reported.
