Broken "send to"?

When I right click and select "send to" to move a file my desktop goes goes
black for a couple of seconds (all the desktop icons disappear) and the
"send to" function doesn't work - nothing happens.

I'm not sure how the "send to" function was broken but does anyone have a
suggestion as to how I might repair it?

Hi Gareth,

Click Start | Run and type "regsvr32 /u sendmail.dll"
then, type
"regsvr32 sendmail.dll"
