Broken DLL

Got a friend who evidently got a lot of broken or missing *.dll
programs.Error messages keep comong up when she tries to load a program. I
have found a couple on my own computer and forwarded copies of the programs
to her but now she has come up with one I do not find on my computer:-
QVILI.dll
My question is where can I find a copy of this file?
