I have a computer and for some reason it won't connect to
the internet. It tells the page cannot be displayed
which can mean many things. I have a cable modem, but I
checked the Local Area Connection under network
connections, it says that it was sending anywhere 13 to
103 packets it was never receiving any. I have tried
reset the TCP/IP stack but nothing changed, any ideas...?

run the home/office network setup. Do you get a ip address?
start, run, cmd at the prompt type in ipconfig then hit
enter.
