Bringing in an outlook 2000 DL folder into Outlook 2003

Though I am able to import the address and folders of outlook 2000 into
outlook 2003, the contacts that are in the DL folders are not included.
how do i fix this?

DL's do not survive exports or imports (neither does a lot of other data).
That's one of many reasons we advise against importing and exporting. You
aren't changing file formats here. Just open the old PST in the new
installation if you are trying to retain all your data. Don't export it.
