Briefcase instructions for synchronizing outlook

Reference Knowlege Base 294759 regarding the use of
briefcase to synchronize OL2002 pst files from my home PC
to my laptop. Step five says " On the File menu in
Outlook, point to Open Special Folders, and then click
Personal Folder.". My Outlook has no such command in
File. Is this in error? Can anyone advise how to use
briefcase to synchronize my laptop pst file with my home
PC? Thanks. Mike
