Bravenet won't show up

Hi,
I don't know if I have done anything wrong in my options,
but I cannot see any of Bravenet's services I have
through my computer. everyone else see them fine and can
access my GB whcih I can't. can you help me please...I
have done all checks for popups..but if there are any
hidden ones I need to know and search for, I am more than
willing to do so..

Julianna,

See if Bravenet domain is listed in the Restricted Zone (IE) and remove it. You may also want to check your HOSTS file for the Bravenet entry. The HOSTS file will be present in the following location:

Windows XP=C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\DRIVERS\ETC
Windows 2K=C:\WINNT\SYSTEM32\DRIVERS\ETC
Win 98\ME=C:\WINDOWS

Look for the line/entry reading Bravenet.com and remove that particular line alone.
