went to windows update and read all about the troubles and still unable to
isntall the rollup updates to the OS.

The customer should only have to use windows update and should not have do
anything extra to get windows update to work.

I am surprised you microsoft guys till haven't fixed the Media Center edtion!

For that reason I FDISKED and reisntall plain vanilla XP pro.

your programmers suck!
