Bounced Emails

I keep getting notices for Bounced Emails because it says my mailbox is full.
However, I've cleared out my mailbox and continue getting bounced message
notices. How do I fix this problem? I'm using Windows mail with a Vista HP
computer.
 
It's your Inbox on the email account server that's full.
Log on to the webmail portal to your email account and clean up.
 
Those bounce notices refer to your mailbox on the server, not your mail folders in
Windows Mail. Use your browser to go to your provider's webmail
site and do your cleanup there. After doing so, send yourself a test email.
If you get a bounce notice or error message, post it here.
