while windows is loading on the screen that says windows
xp and has the three blue dots running across sometimes
my system will freeze and reoccur a hard reboot and
maybe several hard reboots to get past this problem other
times it will load to the desktop just fine.

this is before options like safe mode are available or
last known good so you cannot troubleshoot with system
restore or any advanced options and it is also
random .what could be the cause and how to
troubleshoot/resolve it?
