BootVis Question

Hi. I've got a question regarding BootVis.
When you trace and optimise, data are laid on the disk for faster access. Is
there any way afterwards to reverse this procedure and make the PC boot as
it normally would?
 
Open MY COMPUTER and double-click your drive, the WINDOWS
folder, and then the "PREFETCH" folder. Delete the contents of the
PREFETCH folder but not the folder itself. The Prefetch files will
be rebuilt after a few reboots.
