bootvis.exe help

okay i dont know if im in the rigth part to post here i
dont know anywere elase so here is my woe okay when i try
to start up bootvis <--(microsoft too!) i get an error
message :
The procedure entry point WmiOpenWithCursor ould not be
located in the dynamic link library ADVAPI32.dll
