Booting from PC#1 TO PC#2

I would like to know if there's a way i can use my Gateway PC without a CD
burner but do have window Xp in it to boot my DEll PC which has window xp in
it which is giving me a big problem my windows xp in the Dell won't boot from
floppy boot disks or from window xp home CD disk i have gotten as far as to
Dell PC keep saying i'm missing NTLDR try putting ntldr back in service pack
etc but next it stated windows could'nt start cause it missing
system32\hal.dll. did a repeat with the floppy etc same thing so is there a
way to pull from PC #1 to PC#2 both same winxp Dell has aCD burner.

Thanks Jerry i thought about that but one problem that still leave me with
the problem of trying to repair window also it would leave me with 1 PC shut
down and i need both --anyway i have gotten this far in trying to fix window
now i dont know where to go from here this is what i 'm getting unpartitioned
space 8mb
D: partition2 unknown 24 mb 23 mb free
C:partition NTFS 38139 mb 38073 free
So i'm trying to get windows back in which should i use and do i Choose to
format

Those messages seem to say you have never really booted from CD or floppy.
