Booting errors

Each time I reboot I get the following: Error loading
resource dll and on Commander Screen I get the following:
Failed to load language resources, unable to continue.
How do I keep this from coming up every time I boot up.

I'm not sure what you mean by "Commander Screen". Is this a special
program you've got starting with Windows? In any case, something is
trying to load a program that is looking for a file or files ("language
resources") and not finding it. Go into Safe Mode and from there
Start>Run type "msconfig" without the quotes. Click on the Startup tab
and look for the likely culprit. Since I don't know what you have
installed on your computer, I can't guess, so you'll just have to
Sherlock it yourself. Uncheck the tab, click Apply and OK and then
restart in Normal mode.

Post back with more details, including what you did to troubleshoot, if
you need more help.
