Bootable XP

We've used Autostreamer to make the *.iso file and we want to use Nero
6.6.1.4 to make the bootable CD. We have the Microsoft Corporation.img file.
But, Nero only provides for using a bootable disc in drive A: or its own
internal boot image. We can see no way to use the Microsoft Corporation.img
file. What do we do? (We've tried burning it as an image and by using the
internal boot, etc. but with no success.)

To make a slipstreamed XP install disk, all you need is the .iso made
from Autostreamer and Nero. In Nero, do not choose "bootable disc". You
want to burn an image file instead. Point Nero at the .iso you made in
Autostreamer and that's all you need.

You do not need to "add" the boot files to the "*.iso" image. Autostreamer
does this for us already. You just need to burn the "*.iso" image to a CD.
ISO files are created to be "bootable" already with Autostreamer (I use it
myself!)

You can try using Oscdimg.exe (included with WinPE of you are an OEM), or use
a program like WinISO or UltraISO which can pull the bootable info off
another CD (Win XP CD).

Not necessary. See previous replies by me and Yves Leclerc.

Thanks very much, you are both correct. I did try this however, and for
some reason it didn't work for me the first time and I've no idea why. In
any event, all's well that ends well.
