i bought my machine at best buy it is out of warranty, and i need to reload
xp, because it does not work due to viruses, how do I get the install software

That would depend on the make and model of the PC and the method that is
outlined in the documentation to your product.
 
Go to/Call the person who sold you the computer system, alternatively call
the manufacturer/distributor, or download from microsoft if possible.

As you have an OEM installation (pre-installed at the factory) on
the computer, simply follow the manufacturer's recovery instructions in
the manuals that came with the computer (or consult the manufacturers'
web site). The OEM is contractually obligated to have provided you with
some means of restoring the computer to its original, ex-factory state.
