Boot up xp

Hello!! Can't boot up Windows xp--tried restore to eary date but did not
work. can run in save mode only. keeps trying to come up but doesn't. please
help

Check Event Viewer for errors. Check Device Manager for error codes and or
non-starting devices.

Hi,

As you can load Safe mode, use the steps here:

The problem is something in the startup load.
