boot up problem

i have win xp 2 hd's 20 gb cwin xp) 60 gb f:i recently
deleted lots of prgms on c: to make room for oper. sys
only . now i cant boot properly and i get no icons after
sign in screen what do i do - no viruses on machine im
running in safe mode
