Boot Partition Size

what is the maximum size of the boot partion. I have a
machine loaded with windows 2000 advanced server and want
to increase my primary boot partition size to 5GB (i.e my
c drive). I want to know if i can do so. Currently it is
3gb. Thanks in advance
