Boot Order

I have two OS available on one computer, and can select which to boot on
start up. How can I change which of these OS is the default, and how long it
takes for the default to begin loading?

Go to Control Panel and double click on System.
Click on the Advanced tab.
In the Startup and Recovery section, click on the Settings
button.
In System Startup, select the operating system you want to be
the default.
The "Time to display list of operating systems" can be changed
to whatever value you wish.
