Windows XP Pro SP1, current service packs installed. My system is in a
weird state. My system boots from my C: drive, but only if the recovery CD
is in the CD ROM drive. That's right, it boots from the HD, but only with
the CD in the drive. I get a BOOT DEVICE FAILURE message otherwise. My
system is set to boot from floppy, CD and then HD in the BIOS. Any ideas,
how do I fix this?
