Boot method for XP Pro Tablet Edition

Unable to locate a usable disk set for boot of Tablet PC to install clean, fresh OS Only on HP Tablet PC

Attempted to use XP Pro Boot Disk Set... produced the following message

"File \ntkrnlmp.exe could not be loaded
The error code is

Setup cannot continue. Press any key to exit."
