boot floppy setup disks

I am trying to install Win XP home OEM on an old Aptiva
2162 S3C, it will not boot from the CD Rom, I downloaded
the boot floppy setup disks and tried to do it this way
but it won't continue because it says it can't find EULA,
I have the product and it IS a legal product, how can I
get it to install? Thanks

Ross;
What type of OEM?

Generic usually sold with a piece of hardware?
Download the disks again.
Make sure you downloaded the proper set of disks.
Language, with/without SP1 etc.
There are several types and they are not interchangeable.

OEM as it came with a GATEWAY, Dell, HP or other OEM?
In that case it will not install on a different computer other than
intended.

Your system is at best a P54 type 233mhz with 64mb RAM.. XP will not run on
this machine

Mike;
Windows XP will run on a 233mhx 64mb RAM.
That is Windows XP minimum.
However well below Microsoft Recommended 300mhz 128mb RAM

The Aptiva 2162 S3C was supplied with a choice of three processors.. 166,
200, and 233.. RAM limit is 64mb.. the OP stated the make and model, but not
the config.. I suggested that even with the top config, XP would not run,
and essentially, it won't.. it will crawl..
