boot error: multiple_irp_complete_requests

HELP... i have reloaded windows.. tried to restore....
can boot in safemode... but when try to boot regular...
i get the above message and systems halts.

multiple_irp_complete_requests

any clues.. nothing found in knowledge base

This is usually a hardware problem. See ""Stop 0x00000044
Multiple_IRP_Complete_Requests" Error Message During a Shutdown or

some details.
