boot disks for xp pro

I downloaded the 6 disk set, however, disk 5 gives me
a "flpydisk.sys" is corrupted... message. I scanned with
latest antivirus, however, it appears clean... Any ideas,
on how to boot up dead machine

The Windows XP installation CD is also a "startup disk"
and contains the tools necessary to perform repairs.
