Boot disc for XP

I think in earlier versions of Windows you could make a
floppy boot disc, so you could boot up your PC in an
emergency into DOS.
I want to create a boot floppy so I can, if need be, in
DOS execute the "FDISK /MBR" DOS command to reassign the
drive letters when I boot from the mirror drive. I'm
running XP HE.
