bookmarks getting wiped out

I'm getting an error everytime I boot up my PC. Here it is:

An error occurred reading startup configuration file.
Line 54 Reference error : user_p is not defined.

Also, my bookmark got wiped out, and they continue to get wiped out as I'm
putting
them back in. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks
