Bookmark exporting

Is there a program that can extract bookmarks from different browsers
IE, Netscape, Firefox etc at one time into ONE html file (but don't
want to duplicate bmks back into each browser)?

maybe you use some online sources
I am using remarks and its really cool
it combines and overwirtes all old bookmarks
it has desktop tool too
