Bogus hardware conflict

I have a good one.. win2k server ran fine with SP3. I
applied SP4 and now it reports a conflict on an I/O
address which it totally bogus!! The address ranges are
not even the same on the two devices. Regardless, it has
shutdown ltp2 on me.

No one has any ideas on this? I can't believe I am the
only one with an issue like this. Help!!
