For the past week, every time I shut down IE I get a window
that says MS IE has "encountered a problem and needs to
close. It gives me an option whether to report it or not
and a check box as to whether to restart IE or not. I have
sent "reports" a few times and just clicked the "dont
send" box a few times...but the error message keeps
appearing. Is this a scam? My suspicious is that it is.
Thanks.
*Tried to capture the "print screen" and paste it in here
but couldn't.

Most likely caused by some parasite.

Remove all the parasites on your computer.
Delete all the spywares and bad BHOs from your system.

May also be a corrupt IE that keeps on wanting to send a crash error report with
the error reporting executable...
