Blurry images -option in IE6 to r-click & "refresh w/full quality"

How can I get IE6 to always refresh page with full quality? Why do I have to
select this option every time I want to see good images? (there's also an
option to refresh just one picture.)

I've turned off the automatic resizing, disabled my web accelerator, cleared
my temporary files cache, etc., but no change. Since IE6 is giving me an
option to refresh with full quality, I would guess there's something in
internet options I can change...but I can't find it.

Can anyone help??

Hi,
You don't have the image compression part of Web Accellerator disabled.
This image compression isn't an IE feature. It's in your ISP's software.
